Hi. My name is Rob Klabaughan. I hired LG Electrical about two years ago. Luke was actually helping my neighbor, and I saw him and called him over. I ended up talking to him, and I hired LG Electrical to install can lights for me, install bathroom exhaust fans for me, various outlets for me, look at my electrical panel box, and, work on one of the breakers that wasn't working. Communication with LG Electrical was great. It was really simple, just like talking to a buddy through text message. All I would have to do is text Luke. He sort of kept me up to date with when they were gonna arrive, when they were twenty minutes, thirty minutes out, and what to expect and sort of the time frame from that. So they gave me a quote, but not only did that, they they literally walked me through, talked about the measurements and what it would take and other things that can my other solutions I could think about. Yeah. It was great working with them and, you know, kind of throwing different ideas off of them. And Luke and his team were just very quick. All their work was done within a day. I've seen the amount of work that they put in and how flexible they are with problem solving. It's not like they're trying to hide anything from you. You can bounce all of your questions off of them, and they can come up with solutions. And you can really just tell how knowledgeable they are by just how they talk about what it will take to resolve one of your electrical problems. And of course, let's not forget when the when it's done, you could just tell it's professionally done. If you're on the fence about calling LG Electrical, I would just say give them a call. You'll see immediately when they pick up the phone, just the customer service that they have. And then once they arrive at the door and they start answering your questions and start assessing what your electrical problem is, you're gonna be very happy you did. Highly recommend LG Electrical.
